When you submit a booking or enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, organisation, address, email address, phone numbers, visit date, visitor counts, package selection and food preferences. Our server may also record technical information such as IP address, browser details and pages requested for security and troubleshooting.
Able Buddy asks for your name, place and phone number before chatting. With your agreement, we store these details and the registration date to assist with your park enquiry. These registration fields are kept separate from the visitor conversation service. Avoid including personal or payment information in chat messages. Contact us to request correction or deletion of your visitor details.
How we use information
We use these details to process and manage visit requests, plan visitor capacity and meals, send booking communications, respond to enquiries, maintain transaction records and protect the website against misuse.
Payments and service providers
If you pay through Razorpay or another authorised payment provider, payment details are processed by that provider under its own privacy policy. Do not send us card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or OTPs. We may receive payment references and transaction status to reconcile your booking. Information may be shared with hosting, email and payment service providers as needed to deliver their services, or with authorities where legally required.

Cookies and external services

School and group bookings should be submitted by an adult organiser. Please do not submit children's personal details beyond the visitor counts needed for the booking.
